I.Product Introduction
Hanmero Lightweight Gypsum Plaster is a levelling material for interior walls developed by Wuhan Hanmero Building Materials Co. This product is an energy efficient plastering material for interior walls and ceilings of buildings, using high purity gypsum as the main cementitious material, mixed with high quality aggregates and special additives. It is environmentally friendly, durable and affordable. It is suitable for all kinds of indoor concrete walls, brick walls, aerated concrete and other substrate wall and ceiling plastering and levelling, but is not suitable for wet, dry and wet cycle projects (e.g., external walls, bathrooms and kitchens, etc.). The product has passed China Environmental Labelling Product Certification and Green Building Material Certification, and is a environmental protection product.
II.Product Advantages
(1) Environmentally friendly and energy-saving
Hanmero lightweight gypsum plaster is mainly made of high-quality desulfurized gypsum and various green additives. With a neutral pH value, it contains no harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene. It can be used by simply mixing with water without the need for glue.

(3)High-strength anti-cracking, rejecting hollowing
Hanmero lightweight gypsum plaster has a much higher gypsum content compared to other similar products. It has excellent compressive, flexural strength, and high bonding strength, effectively resisting cracking and eliminating hollowing.
(4) Convenient construction, time and labor-saving
It can be applied manually or sprayed by machine, allowing for flexible construction. Simply mixing with water for use, with a single-layer application thickness of 5-25mm, meeting basic leveling requirements without the need for secondary repairs. After drying, it can be directly applied for putty construction without the need for curing, simplifying the process.

By adding lightweight aggregates, it has a high spreading rate and low usage per unit area, reducing overall costs.
III.Construction technology:
(1) Cleaning and moistening the substrate wall. Clean the floating ash, oil stains, and rubbish on the wall surface, and moisten it with water before construction (watering should be done one day before plastering, and there should be no obvious water on the wall surface during plastering).
(2) Controlling the vertical and smoothness of the wall surface according to the required thickness of the paint layer in the design.
(3) Preparation of lightweight base coat plaster mortar. First, pour water into the mixing bucket, then add the powder, mix for 2-3 minutes, mix the powder into a uniform paste without lumps, make the mortar reach the appropriate consistency, let it stand for 5 minutes, and then use it after stirring again.
(4) Plastering can be done in 10-15 minutes at a time. During plastering, use a trowel and plastering trowel to apply the mortar to the wall. When observing the surface of the mortar, use a scraper or a trowel to scrape off the excess mortar, and press it to make the wall surface flat. The plastering construction at door and window openings and other locations should strictly follow the design and specification requirements.
IV. Notes:
1. This product should be used within 1 hour after mixing and should not be reconstituted with water after setting.
2. The construction environment and the temperature of the base layer should be between 5°C and 35°C, and the temperature during the curing process should not be lower than 5°C.
3. Clean the container thoroughly before use, and there should be no gypsum residue.
4. Pay attention to waterproofing and moisture-proofing during transportation and storage.
5. Please keep out of reach of children.
6. When using, take care to protect the eyes, skin, and other body parts. In case of eye contact, immediately rinse with water and seek medical attention.
