 Features & Notes

Features

1) The anti-crack jointing mortar and HANMERO EPS composite sandwich wall panel have a strong mutual acting force, high tensile resistance, and excellent anti-cracking effect.

2) It is waterproof, freeze-resistant, and aging-resistant.

3) It is easy to use and can be directly constructed with HANMERO EPS composite sandwich wall panels.

Notes

1) When constructing on site, do not add any additives to the anti-crack cement mortar, and strictly control the water-to-powder ratio and plastering time. Mortar powder to water ratio is 1:0.3 by weight.

2) The anti-crack cement jointing mortar can be directly applied to Hanmero EPS composite sandwich wall panels without a base coat.

3) During transportation, pay attention to moisture, rain-proofing, and avoiding direct sunlight.

4) When storing the anti-crack jointing mortar, keep it in a dry and ventilated place to prevent dampness.

5) When using the anti-crack cement mortar, use an appropriate amount depending on the construction needs. If the mortar has clumped together, do not use the remaining balance.

6) The product should be stored and used in temperatures above 5°C. If the temperature is lower than 5°C, please notify Hanmero in advance, and we will adjust the formula accordingly.

7) After each construction, clean the tools and mixing equipment in a timely manner to avoid affecting the next use.
