3. EPS Cement Sandwich Panel Installation Guide
Step 1: Set Baseline & Position Panel
Mark base lines on the floor to ensure vertical alignment with the beam. Two people can easily carry each panel into position.
Step 2: Cut the Panel
Use a hand-held electric saw to cut panels to required dimensions based on wall specifications.
Step 3: Apply Cement Adhesive
Mix cement adhesive with water per instructions. Apply the mixture into panel grooves and along the wall baseline.
Step 4: Install the Panel
Lift panel to installation line. Use a crowbar to adjust and ensure tight adhesive contact. Secure temporarily with wood wedges.
Step 5: Correct & Fix the Panel
Check vertical and level alignment with a guiding rule. Insert steel bars between panels to reinforce connection and strength.
Step 6: Fill Gaps
